Sidebar

The sidebar shows all added folders and allows quick switching between different document collections. Show/hide with ⌥⌘1. Folders can be dragged from Finder onto the sidebar. Press Backspace/Delete to remove the selected item (with confirmation). Press Enter to rename a group. Right-click on search results to cancel an active search.

Path Bar

At the bottom, the path bar shows the location of the selected document. The path bar can also be used for navigation. Enable it in the settings under Appearance.

Status Display

The status display at the bottom shows processing progress:

• File structure initialization
• Database synchronization
• Processing progress with time estimate
• "Done" when all documents have been processed
