It extracts date, category, description, sender, and amounts — the configurable NameBuilder creates consistent file names according to your rules. The workflow is simple: drag and drop files, review the color-coded diff preview, confirm with one click. For recurring tasks, Distill watches folders in the background and renames new files automatically. With Ollama, all data stays on your Mac — no cloud, no uploads.
